Our spaces offer a number of features to suit your individual needs. These are a few common questions we receive from clients.

When looking for a warehouse it is important to understand your own shipping habits and whether or not you would benefit more from a truck level or drive in. At Timex, we have spaces with both types. If you ship and receive pallets of goods or heavy items, a truck level would be best. If you primarily ship small parcels or would like the flexibility of being able to bring a vehicle into your warehouse, a drive-in would be the right choice for you. Note that prices are not affected by this choice.

Clear height is essentially the distance between the floor and the next impediment. Our spaces offer clear heights ranging from 16 to 24 feet depending on your requirements.

A net lease typically requires the tenant to pay some of all of the property expenses such as real estate taxes, insurance, repairs and maintenance and utilities in addition to the rent. The items that are to be paid by the tenant will be specified in the written lease as to avoid any potential confusion. For properties that are being leased to more than one tenant, such expenses are pro-rated among said tenants based on the square foot occupied by each tenant.
